In this exercise, we built upon concepts developed in our reciprocal model and further investigated the cantilevering conditions. While our reciprocal model relied on dowels to transfer load, the need for taller floor to floor height motivated us to introduce trusses to the model, which are tensile members that transfer load diagonally.
