Using a movable system of posts connected to a central joint and bound in tension by elastic bands, this model system creates a platform to hold a sphere with an adjusted center of gravity. The bands respond to the sphere's tendency to right itself on its concrete face, and the weight of the sphere adds tension to the posts, producing an equalized condition in each of the variations.
